Aries
Pluto arrives at its first Capricorn station on April 2. Though it's mid-June before it returns to Sagittarius for a few months, it's just possible that some of the global financial pressures of the last few months will start to ease. Obviously this is still not the time to take risks and, around Thursday 10th it would be wise not to over-reach. What appear to be sound investments then could prove too risky. Between then and 21st (and especially around that date), you could make significant financial progress. True, this is most likely to require arriving at better understanding with partners (banks included) and lead to further tough talking over 23rd/24th. That said, what's put in place between 20th and 22nd might be sufficient to leave you feeling that your financial acumen is in good condition! A small, but significant second revenue stream could open up in the last few days of April.

Leo
There is potential for everyone to catch their financial breath this month. Though true, there may be further bad news during the first few days of April, the situation could then improve. It might even be possible for you to retrieve a potentially difficult situation on Friday 4th. Assuming you manage to avoid financial banana skins around 10th (the good news being that these should be obvious), you could manoeuvre yourself into a better position so as to be able to take advantage of offers between 16th and 21st. By the latter date the Sun will have arrived at the apex of your solar chart. With just three months then to go before your birthday period, you could find it easy to access appropriate energy to adjust your financial position, reduce risk and even, perhaps, join forces with someone who's found a bargain. This new union might even be something to celebrate on Monday 28th.

Sagittarius
Pluto arrived in one of your finance zones at the end of January. By now you may have received a first short rap on the financial knuckles (you're not only: Ben Barnanke, Chairman of the Federal Reserve is born under your sign and just think of the money headaches he's having!). The legendary Sagittarian optimism is being tested! - and could be even further at the start of this month. True, this probably simply means that you need to reorganise. It would be wise to do so - especially mid-month when it might also be possible to achieve that aim. Later in the year you might not fare so well. Dealing with credit issues and shoring up savings would be wise - and preferably before 21st. For a few days after that you may find that colleagues and partners are pulling in different directions. A strategic meeting where you agree to do things differently may be necessary on Monday 28th.

Gemini
This month could begin with quite a squall but end with a different mood altogether. Pluto arrives at its first Capricorn station on 2nd - and that could coincide with further bad economic news. It would be wholly understandable if between 2nd and 10th you felt unsure of your position. Indeed, by the latter date it may be necessary to take drastic steps to curtail costs. This might even b forced on you by those who may feel you've over-stretched (credit card companies reducing limits etc). There is some good news though. Between 16th and 21st stability (of a fashion) could return. Yes, this probably will require renegotiation (perhaps extending the terms of a loan), but this could leave youy feeling more comfortable than for some time. You might also be fortunate during this same period to find quality items at fair prices (shares included). An investment made around 24th might even prove to be one of the best of the year. It's possible also that you could sell an item (via a boot sale?!) on Sunday 27t and so finish the month slightly better than you'd expected.

Libra
This is the half-way point of your personal year. It's perhaps the case that you've yet to feel the effect of changes made since Pluto changed signs at the end of January. Early this month you could receive the first inkling of both what's happened and what it really means to you. This could put stress in a financial partnership between 7th and 10th - which, of course, could cause your scales to wobble! This though is probably just temporary. You won't be alone in sensing constructive developments between 16th and 21st. What's just a little different for you is that at long last you may feel your efforts are being valued. True, with your ruling planet squaring both Mars and Jupiter on 23rd/24th, partnerships could be strained. It's quite possible that after this squall, and having confronted certain issues 'head on', you could be well positioned to seize a financial initiative on Monday 28th: so closing the month in style.

Aquarius
Pluto reaches its first station in the sign of Capricorn on April 2. That might well coincide with a black cloud in the financial markets - affecting everyone. The 'good' news is that the planet then appears to retrace its steps - and that could coincide with constructive financial moves (again for all signs) from 15th through to 21st. Those of your sign could be ahead of this 'game' and intuitively make forward thinking decisions on 14th (perhaps as a result of reading financial papers over the previous weekend). A tricky period could follow this however. Between 21st and 24th, you may wonder if those in charge have taken leave of their senses. Decisions taken by others then could leave you feeling anxious. In turn, that could lead you to making interesting investments between 25th and 28th when you might espy bargains that others could mix: in particular you may be drawn to anything to do with energy - or precious jewels.

Cancer
You may be pleased to know that Pluto will station in your opposite sign on 2nd. True, global financial news might not be good then. However, this could bring a sharp reminder to those you live and work with that what was agreed at the turn of the year simply has to be followed through. Obvious action seems most likely between 2nd and 16th - though some of this could prove costly and disorientating as you adjust to new financial requirements. Stability could be reached to coincide with the Sun's arrival in Taurus on 21st however. This might, in part, be thanks to the sale of items. However, perhaps this needs to be done before your can really move forward. Extraordinary moves seem set to take place between 21st and 25th when you may find that those born under Aries, Libra or Capricorn directly influence your plans. Whatever the tension, it could be that you arrive at fresh understanding by Monday 28th.

Taurus

The weeks before your birthday could prove most significant from the financial perspective. With Pluto arriving at its first Capricorn station on 2nd, it may be that global pressures then start to ease. New regulations could then work in your favour - especially between 16th and 21st. Indeed, it might then be possible to improve your savings or pension position. This could be made necessary by news reaching you around 10th that makes clear there's a hole requiring attention. This 'hole' could take the form of insufficient insurance or increased education costs. And yes, you might need to employ innovative tactics on 16th to get round this difficulty. But you probably will. Then, and by forging an alliance with someone from one of the Cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra or Capricorn), you could then move toward the start of your personal year feeling more upbeat. News reaching you on 28th could confirm a hunch.

Scorpio

You may remember that Pluto (one of your ruling planets) changed signs at the end of January. This coincided with upheaval on the money markets and in banking sectors. On April 2nd, Pluto will appear to stand still before apparently retracing its steps. This will probably have the effect of pressing the pause button and allowing everyone to consider what's happened and how well they've reacted. Further quick adjustments might then be necessary - and could affect you in the few days leading up to 10th. The good news is that between 15th and 20th, there should be ample opportunity to regain some stability and, even if temporarily, feel that you're back in charge! True, tense aspects on 23rd/24th could leave you at a loss for words. It might seem that certain people prefer problems to solutions. However, and possibly thanks to colleagues born under Aquarius and Pisces, rabbits could appear from hats on Monday 28th suggesting that this half-way point in your personal year won't be quite as financially bleak as you may have thought it could be.

Virgo
You may remember that Pluto entered one of the 'speculative' zones of your solar chart at the end of January. On April 2, it will appear to come to a standstill. Between that date and mid June, reviewing the new financial steps you've taken and, during week beginning 7th, changing the parameters of a deal, could prove wise investments of your time. As with most people you will need to take care around 10th that you don't push your money-boat out too far. The good news though is that from 15th to 22nd, you could stabilise your position. True, you might need to agree longer term deals than you'd perhaps hoped for (get-out clauses could prove expensive), but, with the feeling that a sound strategy is then in place, you might then be in the mood to consider yet another offer on Monday 28th. This one could more than make up for limitations elsewhere.

Capricorn
You may remember that Pluto arrived in your sign at the end of January. Pluto demands rethinks and usually brings upheaval. The process has probably begun. On April 2nd, Pluto arrives at its first station in your sign - and this could signal the start of a new financial attitude (and possibly a new revenue source). With pressure reduced, the period between 15th and 23rd could prove instructive as you negotiate new terms and agree new savings and investments. This might not please those closet to you. From 21st to 24th there's real danger of finding yourself at odds with partners who may be dealing with complex issues themselves. Increased income might also mean increased expense: requiring careful juggling before new, workable routines are found. A second revenue stream could show signs of life in the last few days of April - possibly offering freelance work that's lucrative but needs to be done in a hurry.

Pisces
On April 2, Pluto arrives at its first Capricorn station for a couple of centuries. This could coincide with you hitting a financial brick-wall - probably community related. Of the many possible manifestations, you could experience a shift in friends' allegiance and/or the need to realign dealings with co-operative ventures. With this done, you could then make a little financial headway (though do take care not to over-reach around 10th). The best period for everyone this month is between 15th and 21st. This could prove challenging for you in that you may need to spend greater time than you would like checking small print. This would be wise however as between 21st and 24th you could hit financial rocks. Those more you know what's beneath these the better. Indeed, though you may be disquieted by decisions taken by those born under the Cardinal signs of Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn over these few days, you might also, (by Monday 28th) see an opportunity that only your kind of visions could see. Others might wonder if you're entering into an 'unholy' alliance whilst you may see that this is exactly the kind of financial adventure that makes full use of your talents.
